• Identify and pursue business opportunities on Upwork by effectively bidding on projects related to digital marketing, IT services, and web development & designing.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize success rates in winning bids and securing new projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients on Upwork to foster long-term partnerships.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions on Upwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bidding and securing digital marketing, IT, and web development & designing projects on Upwork.
• Strong understanding of Upwork platform functionalities and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
